General Information

• Abstracts must be submitted exclusively using this platform. Abstracts submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
• Abstracts must be written clearly in English.
• Abstracts received after the deadline, will not be considered.
• Please make sure that you receive the e-mail confirmation after making your submission (please also check your spam or junk folder). If you do not receive the acknowledgment of receipt, kindly inform the conference secretariat immediately to gaonpco@gaonpco.com
• There is no limit on the number of abstracts submitted by an author, but the same study cannot be submitted twice, even under a different topic/category or with a different title or authors.

Preparation guidelines

• Make the title concise and accurate so that the entire content can be captured all at once.
• Provide a title of up to 60 bytes in English.
• The abstract body should be within 2,000 characters in English.
• Reference: Attached acceptable up to 2 files.
• Attachment: No more than 2 figures or tables; (ex) 2 figures/ 2 tables/ 1 figure & 1 table.
• Only non-published or non-presented material can be submitted. Abstracts that have been published are not accepted.

Duplicate submission: If you are submitting more than 1 abstract, please make a distinction with a number after the author's name.

Presenter: The presenting author's name should be underlined.

Abstract Submission Modification

Abstract correction is NOT possible after the deadline.

How to change :
Go to Modification Page and enter using your registered e-mail address.

Abstracts will be published as submitted; i.e. any error appearing in the submitted abstract will appear in the published abstract book.
There is no correction by a secretariat.

Outstanding Poster Award

• The top poster will be awarded 1,000,000 KRW
• The next four finalists will be awarded 500,000 KRW
