Registration Process

- Step 2 Sign up or log onto the registration system
- Step 3 Fill out personal info and choose registration category
- Step 4 Choose payment method and make payment
- Step 5 Check your email for payment confirmation (Successfully completed)

- A copy of the bank remittance receipt should be sent to the secretariat.
- Registrants should pay bank charges for remittance.
- Please note that the fees must be transferred under the registrant’s name, which must be stated on the receipt.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be notified to the Secretariat (gaonpco@gaonpco.com) by email.
- Refund request for registration cancellation is available until 12 August 2023 (11:59:59 pm KST).
- Refunds will not be issued for requests made on or after 13 August 2023.
- Refunds will be made after the conference.
- All service charges and administration fees will be deducted from the registration fees.
